If you're nervous about buying art on line, we get it.

It can be a big purchase, full of risks: what if it doesn't fit? what if I don't like it? what if it costs a fortune to ship it? what if it gets damaged in shipping? what if it looks different in real life? what if there's no one available to help me?

Let's address these fears.

What if it doesn't fit?

It can be hard to understand how something on a screen will look in real life. Figuring out the scale is one of the most challenging aspects of buying art on line.

For each piece of art (on desktop / laptop computers) we've provided the ability to see the art on our sample backdrops through the View in Room feature. Of course, if you receive the piece and decide you don't want it, no problem returning it for free.

What if I don't like it?

Simple: return it.

Once you receive your art you'll have 14 days to live with it. If you decide you don't want to keep it, contact us at artyoulove@mercartto.com and we'll help you with return shipping. The shipping will not cost you anything, and you will be fully refunded for the price of the art.

It's ok to change your mind!!!

What if it costs a fortune to ship it?

That's our risk. Our pricing is "all in" - we pay for all shipping, returns, insurance, tax so that the price you see when viewing the art for the first time is the same price you pay at check out. We are online shoppers too, and nothing worse than discovering the cost to ship something is more than the item costs!

If the item becomes damaged in transit we will work with the shipping carrier to rectify it. We may ask you to provide photos, but you will not pay for it.

What if it looks different in real life?

See "What if I don't like it?" above. If the art is materially different from what is presented on the site, we may ask you to provide more feedback (e.g. photos.)

What if there's no one available to help me?

That won't happen. We have email, Drift (the little blue chatbox icon in the lower right corner), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Our ears are open.

We’ve partnered with some of the most trustworthy and reputable online galleries to ensure your online art buying experience is positive. Should you have any issues at all, please let us know immediately and we will take over the issue resolution.

Your privacy matters to us. We make sure all transactions are secure, and we will never, ever sell your information. So yeah, you're darn tootin' it's safe.
